These Terms of Use (including all other policies, notices, guidelines, and forms referenced herein or available on the Platform or through hyperlink) (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and mobile applications operated by Rabaat (Private) Limited (“Rabaat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (collectively, the “Platform”).

The “Services” provided include (a) the Rabaat Platform itself, and (b) all features, functionalities, and tools provided through it including posting reviews, uploading media, accessing restaurant listings, and participating in contests or promotions. Any new features added to Rabaat are also governed by these Terms.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://rabaat.com/privacy-policy). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform or Services.

1. Eligibility

The Rabaat Platform is designed to connect genuine users, food enthusiasts, and restaurant partners in a trusted environment. To ensure transparency and safety for everyone, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1.1 Individual Users

To create an account or use Rabaat’s services:
• You must be at least 12 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Pakistan.

• You may use Rabaat for personal, non-commercial purposes such as posting reviews, sharing photos, or participating in community contests and features.

• By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided by you (such as your name, email, and contact details) is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.

1.2 Business Entities

For businesses such as restaurants, cafés, eateries, or brands:
• You must be a legally registered entity with valid business documentation and authorization to operate in your jurisdiction.

• The person creating the Rabaat Business Profile must have the authority to act on behalf of the entity and to bind it to these Terms.

• Restaurant partners must ensure that all information about their establishment — including menu, location, and contact details is accurate and updated regularly.

1.3 General Compliance

By accessing or using Rabaat, all users agree to:
• Comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable guidelines.

• Use the Platform responsibly and not engage in any activity that misleads others, spreads false reviews, or harms the integrity of the Rabaat community.

Failure to meet the above eligibility criteria or to comply with Rabaat’s policies may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of your account without prior notice.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features on the Rabaat Platform, users both individual and business are required to create an account (“Rabaat Account”).

When registering:
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, email address, and mobile number.

• Each user or restaurant Branch is allowed only one active account, unless otherwise approved by Rabaat.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.

• Rabaat reserves the right to verify your identity and account details at any time for authenticity, compliance, or safety reasons.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to:
• Keep your profile and any submitted information (such as restaurant details, photos, or reviews) truthful and current at all times.

• Immediately update your account details if any information changes.

• Avoid using another person’s account or providing false identity or contact information for any reason.

2.3 Responsibility for Account Activity

You are solely responsible for:
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

• Ensuring your account is used only for lawful purposes and in line with Rabaat’s community standards.

• Reporting any unauthorized access or security breach immediately by contacting support@rabaat.com.

Rabaat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account or maintain confidentiality of your login information.

2.4 Business Account Responsibilities (for Restaurants & Partners)

If you are registering as a restaurant or business partner:
• You must provide valid and verifiable business documentation (such as registration certificates, NTN, or food license, where applicable).

• You are responsible for managing your Rabaat Business Profile, including menu listings, promotions, reviews, and customer interactions.

• You agree that all content uploaded (images, menus, offers, etc.) will comply with local laws and intellectual property rights.

• You shall not post, promote, or endorse misleading or fake reviews or engage in any manipulation of ratings.

2.5 Account Suspension or Termination

Rabaat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
• You violate these Terms or any other policy.

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected.

• Rabaat determines that your account poses a risk to the platform’s credibility, community trust, or security.

All terminations are at Rabaat’s sole discretion, and users may be permanently restricted from creating a new account after termination.

3. How We Use Your Information

At Rabaat, we value your trust and are committed to using your information responsibly and transparently. The information we collect from you helps us enhance your overall experience, ensure authenticity across the platform, and provide valuable insights to our restaurant partners. Here’s how your information is used:

a) Personalization and User Experience

We use your data to create a tailored experience within the Rabaat app. This includes personalizing your feed, suggesting restaurants that match your preferences, and recommending trending dishes, cuisines, or experiences based on your past reviews and interactions.

b) Displaying User-Generated Content

Your reviews, posts, and uploaded photos may be publicly visible to other Rabaat users and restaurant partners. This helps maintain a transparent community where diners can make informed choices and businesses can understand genuine customer perspectives.

c) App Improvement and Feature Enhancement

We analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve Rabaat’s interface, functionality, and features. This helps us identify performance issues, streamline navigation, and introduce new tools that make discovering and reviewing restaurants more efficient.

d) Communication and Engagement

We may use your contact information to send important notifications such as app updates, security alerts, or service changes. Additionally, we share promotional messages, personalized offers, or contest invitations to keep you engaged with the latest happenings within the Rabaat community.

e) Supporting Restaurants with Genuine Insights

Your feedback plays a key role in helping restaurants grow. Rabaat enables restaurant owners to view verified customer reviews and insights, helping them assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and measure overall performance.

f) Fraud and Security Prevention

We monitor platform activity to detect and prevent fraudulent behavior, including fake reviews, misleading content, or unauthorized account use. This ensures that Rabaat remains a trustworthy and credible platform for both users and businesses.

g) Data Analytics and Performance Metrics

Aggregated and anonymized data is used to generate insights for restaurant partners. These insights may include customer retention rates, repeat visits, rating trends, and service performance analytics — empowering businesses to make informed, data-driven marketing and operational decisions.

h) Legal and Compliance Purposes

We may process or disclose your information when required to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Rabaat, its users, or the public.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

Rabaat respects your privacy and ensures that your personal data is only shared when necessary and always in compliance with data protection standards. We never sell your personal information. Below are the specific circumstances in which we may share or disclose your data:

a) With Restaurant Partners and Business Accounts

When you interact with or review a restaurant, café, or brand listed on Rabaat, we may share relevant information — such as your username, rating, and review content — with that business. This helps them respond to your feedback, improve service quality, and better understand customer preferences.

b) With Service Providers and Contractors

We engage trusted third-party service providers to help us operate and improve our services. These may include:

At Rabaat, our goal is to help restaurants grow smarter through real, data-driven insights — while protecting your privacy at every step. The information you share on the platform (reviews, ratings, and interactions) becomes part of an anonymized feedback system that enables restaurants to understand their performance and improve your future dining experiences.

a) Customer Understanding & Loyalty Tracking

We aggregate anonymous behavioral data — such as how often customers return, what types of cuisines they engage with, and average satisfaction ratings — to help restaurants identify their loyal customers and improve retention strategies. This allows them to recognize what keeps people coming back and refine their service accordingly.

b) Performance Analysis of Menu Items & Services

Through your reviews, photos, and reactions, restaurants gain insight into which dishes are most loved, which need improvement, and how presentation affects customer satisfaction. This helps them make informed decisions on pricing, menu design, portion sizes, and even staff training.

c) Experience Optimization

Your feedback helps restaurants understand what diners truly value — from food quality and service speed to ambiance and cleanliness. Rabaat translates this data into actionable insights that guide restaurants to enhance their customer experience in real time.

d) Localized and Targeted Marketing

Restaurants use anonymized demographic and behavioral insights to tailor promotions to specific audiences — for example, offering loyalty discounts to frequent visitors or launching student deals near campuses. This ensures that marketing efforts are more personal, efficient, and relevant.

e) Benchmarking and Competitive Insights

By viewing aggregated trends (never individual user data), restaurants can see how they perform compared to competitors in the same area or cuisine category. This helps them make strategic improvements and better position themselves in the market.

Rabaat never shares your personal information, such as your full name, contact details, or private account data, with restaurants unless you provide explicit consent. Your privacy and control over your information remain our top priority.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

Rabaat is built on transparency and user trust, so we only share information when it is genuinely necessary for operating the platform or complying with legal obligations. Any data shared is handled with strict confidentiality and always in line with this Privacy Policy.

a) Service Providers and Partners

We may share limited information with verified third-party service providers who support the functioning of Rabaat. This includes partners responsible for:

• App hosting and cloud infrastructure

If you no longer wish to receive promotional messages, contest updates, or marketing communications, you may withdraw your consent at any time. You will still receive essential service-related notifications.

e) Right to Restrict or Object to Processing

Even after account deletion, some information may be permanently anonymized and kept for analytics, market insights, and product improvement. This data cannot identify you in any way.

Once your data is no longer required for the purposes above, it will either be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized so it cannot be traced back to you.
