RABAAT POINTS & REWARDS

Rabaat Points are loyalty rewards you earn by sharing food photos, posting honest restaurant reviews, and referring friends to the platform. Every action that helps the Rabaat community discover great food in Pakistan earns you points — and those points convert into real dining value at our partner restaurants.

The following Terms & Conditions govern the earning, usage, and redemption of points ("Rabaat Points") within the Rabaat application. By participating in the Rabaat Rewards Program, users agree to the following policies.

Earning Points

Eligible Activities

Users may earn points through approved actions within the app, including but not limited to:

Posting a video review
Posting a photo review
Referring new users who complete at least one review

Rabaat reserves the right to modify point values at any time.

Level System

The Rewards Program includes
a tiered level structure:

Level 1: 0 – 2,000 points
Level 2: 2,001 – 10,000 points
Level 3: 10,001 – 25,000 points
Level 4: 25,001 – 50,000 points
Level 5: 50,001+ points

Points Redemption Policy

Redemption Rules

Points can only be redeemed at officially listed Rabaat Partner Restaurants.
Discounts apply to the total bill amount only.
Points cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash.
Partial redemption is allowed
Points expire 12 months after they are earned.
Points may only be redeemed by the account holder who earned them.

Eligible Redemption Options

Depending on user level and available offers, points can be redeemed for:

Discounts at partner restaurants
Food festival passes
Concert or movie tickets
Food vouchers
Exclusive Rabaat reward experiences

Availability may vary by city or partner.

CONTENT QUALITY

Video Review Requirements

Minimum duration: 10 seconds
Clear visuals of the food
Voice commentary or relevant context

No stock footage, reused videos, or unrelated content

Photo Review Requirements

Must be taken by the user
Food must be clearly visible
No AI-generated imagery
No images copied from Google, Instagram, or other sources

The following will result in zero points, removal of content, and may lead to account suspension:

Fake or fabricated reviews
Repetitive or duplicate reviews across multiple restaurants
Using someone else's content (photos, videos, text)
AI-generated content passed as real experiences
Low-effort, spam, or troll content
Attempts to manipulate points or system loopholes
